USPCA REGION 18 NARCOTIC CERTIFICATION 

USPCA Region 18 will hold a Narcotic Certification Event on April 14th & 15th, 2023

Organized by Deputy Ryan Hulback with Barron County, WI SO   

Venues will be at the Northwood Technical College in Rice Lake,  1900 College Drive in Rice Lake.

 Odor Recognition will be from 1400 to 1700 hours at Maranatha Church,  classroom building- 3340 S Main Street in Rice Lake.  

Handler meeting will be April 15th at the venue at 0800 hours.
